Booking policy

Dear Customer,

Please note that all prices are indicative. Your booking is only valid once it has been confirmed by us in writing (e.g. by e-mail).

If you wish to modify or cancel your booking, please contact us in writing via e-mail or WhatsApp.

👉 Please also make sure to avoid double bookings (for example, booking two appointments for the same treatment within a short period of time), as this takes the opportunity away from other clients. If one of the double bookings is not cancelled in time, the applicable cancellation policy will apply, and the corresponding fee will be charged.

🌿Changing or Cancelling an Appointment
You can change or cancel your appointment at any time via the online booking system or in writing (by WhatsApp or e-mail).

👉 For changes or cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the booked service will be charged.
👉 For changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment (last-minute cancellation), 100% of the booked service will be charged.
👉 In case of no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the booked service will also be charged.

💡 Please notify me of any changes in good time so that I can offer the freed-up appointment slot to another client.

🌿Arrival
Please arrive on time and without an accompanying person so that I can carry out the treatment fully.

➡ In case of a delay of more than 20 minutes, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and 100% of the booked service will be charged.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment in the following cases:
– if you arrive in an unsuitable health condition (e.g. contagious illness, skin changes in the treatment area, or any other health problem that negatively affects the treatment or is incompatible with it)
– if you are under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances
– if you are in an unsuitable emotional state (e.g. if you cry during eyelash application, the treatment cannot be carried out)

If the treatment must be interrupted for these or any other reasons (e.g. if you have to leave unexpectedly early), 100% of the booked service will be charged.

🌿 Payment Terms
Payment is to be made on-site in cash, by bank transfer, or via Twint. Payment by card is not possible.
